The health and safety of the constituents, volunteers and staff of the Alzheimer's Association remain our driver as we address the COVID-19 outbreak and as we continue to pursue our mission, today and in the longer term.
Based on the guidance from local public health agencies, the Living with Alzheimer's for Mid-Stage Caregivers class that was originally scheduled to be held in-person at the Columbia Senior Center on Tuesday, April 14, 21, and 28, noon - 2 p.m. will not be offered in-person, but will be offered virtually instead. Same dates; same times.
Please call 800.272.3900 to register for the class. To participate, all you'll need to do is click on the link that will be emailed to you after you register. It really is that simple. If you have a phone or tablet (android or iOS), it will work best if you first download the BlueJeans app from your app store.
We strongly encourage you to try this new way of taking a class, even if you've never done it before. We think you'll be surprised at how easy it is. This is a great time to take a class! Increase your knowledge and share coping strategies. This is a live class (not pre-recorded), so you'll have a chance to interact with the instructor and other attendees.
