Walk With Easewill be offered via ZoomJanuary 10-February 20. Participants will walk on their own (or with their family/social bubble) three times a week.  We meet once a week for six weeks to share successes, challenges, and learn more tools to help be successful in starting or maintaining a regular walking routine.  Participants will select one regular class time to attend, but have the option to go to another class if they are unable to make their regular time: Mondays, Noon-1pm or Tuesdays, Noon-1pm or Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm. An orientation session will be offered on Saturday, January 9 at 10am.  No cost thanks to funding through the Missouri Arthritis and Osteoporosis Program.

An “Explore Extension” four-week educational series will be offered via Zoom through the OSHER Lifelong Learning Institute as part of the Winter 2021 semester (Thursdays, January 14-February 4, 10-11:30am).  Discussions will be held on four topics: “Public Health: For the Good of All”; “A Public Issue Forum:  How Should We Rebuild Our Economy?”; “Overindulging in Media: Depression and Anxiety”; and “The Science of Learning”.
